Who is this program for?
Any type of first responder, which includes but is not limited to - Paramedics, Nurses, Doctors, 000 Operators, Police, Fire Personnel, Teachers, and anyone who is the first person to respond to an emergency or traumatic situation.
As first responders, some of you are more exposed to stressful events than others but you all deal with real-life traumatic events which can lead to you experiencing trauma, stress and compassion fatigue.
